I do the same.  Consoles are connected to a terminal server and then
services are defined on the terminal server for each machine console.
Connect via $ SET HOST/LAT {console-service-name}  Don't forget to set
BREAK REMOTE on the terminal server port if you have any consoles that
respond to BREAK in lieu of CTRL-P.
