[Info-vax] USB keypads, PC laptops and VT-series terminal emulation

Why tethered?  When Apple came out with their new flat aluminium keyboards,
I wanted a BT version but they didn't create one with the full keypad, so I
was stuck with the tehtered version.  I like being wire-free.
