It is unlikely that Google will do anything.  And if people didn't
reply a lot of us wouldn't even have to see any of this because our
news service does a real good job of filtering this junk.

If your news service doesn't do a good enough job of filtering SPAM
the best thing you can do is hit the "d" key and move on rather than
generating more traffic than the SPAMer complaining about it.
