We moved them off of VMS Mail largely because they said they needed
something different, but were unable to fund a complete replacement (hardware
and software), so we shifted to PMDF MessageStore. (We were already running
PMDF for Internet mail.) As far as that change goes, the lack of notification
is really the only feature that anyone's mentoned that they miss. I would
certainly not categorize them as angry, just a little disappointed.
