Thank (and to Will as well). And there I was , thinking PTR was a
"pointer"....


And it works ! Yippie ! Now sees itself as a Microvax 3900.

I have a simh VMS node now joined in the cluster !

I it shame that only older versions (7.3) of VMS run on modern hardware,
with the 8.* relegated to Alpha and that IA64 thing.
