I was just explaining some VMSINSTAL theory to a friend and remembered about
that commented version which always tickled my curiosity about clever official
DEC samples of DCL programming, such as STABACKIT and exactly VMSINSTAL. No
need to write any installation procedure, just "academic" research. :-)

Anyway, would you be able to provide me with any VMSINSTAL commented version
newer than that V5.0? The newer the better!
