That was a poor choice of words. They would most likely understand
the concept, but would prefer not to use it. ("Why should I type when I can
point-and-click?") Admittedly, accurate and inexpensive voice input hasn't
seemed to reach the mainstream yet, so (at least) composing messages typically
calls for typing, but clicking the send button seems much easier to the masses
than...
MAIL> send/edit/nocc/sub="..."
...for example.
