Then I assume you're running spooled LPD to the Xerox Phaser 3250 and 
you have both the DCPS$queuename_PRODUCT_NAME and DCPS$queuename_SPOOL 
logical names defined.

I've seen problems with printers in power-saver mode, but not for many 
years.
