I have DCPS$SPOOL defined, yes. It was something about some problems
with LPD printers that was avoided by having the LPD printers spooled
if I remember correctly. (And "DCPS$SPOOL_DIRECTORY" is defined...)

No queue-specific SPOOL logicals are defined.

DCPS$queue_PRODUCT_NAME isn't defined for any queue.
