You guys are so blinded by your dislike of Microsoft you can't even read.
I specificly say above that my truck is a Chevy and not a Ford.  It is
not controled by Windows.  I have no idea what the underlying OS is (if
there is in fact any true OS rather than just a device control program)
but it is not Windows and it behaves just as bad as Ford's.  Which, by
the way, I have not heard of any real problems with.  Unlike BMW, who
has had some real bad publicity about computer failures and apparently
isn't running Windows either.
