Digital printers that have network cards all support LAT, as do the 
Compaq- and Genicom-branded printers of the late 1990s and early 2000s.  
I'm not aware of any other printer brand that had LAT built in, but 
Emulex sold a network card with LAT on it that might be able to be used 
in the HP LaserJet 8150 printer.

DCPS V1.0 supported VAX/VMS V5.3 and later, but DCPS V1.1 required 
V5.5-2 because of threads support.  So getting DCPS to work with this 
printer on VAX/VMS V5.4 would mean that the printer would be 
unrecognized by DCPS and some of its features like tray selection could 
not be used.
