VT400-7 or VT400-8 doesn't matter in this case. This does only
change the way how Reflection _generates_ the C1 control characters
(e.g. DCS = %x90 vs. ESC + DLE = %x1b + %x10).

You have to look for Settings/Emulation/Host character set.
There you should select either "DEC-Supplemental" or probably
"ISO Latin-1". The ISO Latin-1 character set is very similar
to the Windows CP1252 (excluding the range x'80' - x'9F').

Depending on your news reader and your terminal settings, you
should see the same as you can see in the appended file, if
everything works okay (no "translation"). You can save this
text file and type it, and see if it matches. Please note:
You should see the ISO-8859-1 encoding in the newsreader,
but something different in the terminal emulation, if you
change the character set.
