I am using scp to copy the file from VMS box to Solaris box, and again
scp to copy the file back. It is a text file with some data.
The difference observed by the diff command is as below --

File 2
571
************
Number of difference sections found: 1
Number of difference records found: 1
Could be some non-printable character ?
