This is a STREAMLF file. And the "last data byte" is different in the
received file than in the original flag.

If the second file had a last byte offset of 512 bytes (or perhaps 511)
or 0 bytes, I could see that the receiving software didn't bother to set
the real end of file and just write the last block of 512 bytes.

But in this chap's case, the software does set some end of file (if I
recall, it was at 340 bytes istead of about 160).
