[Info-vax] Cutting down on routing nodes

yes, but I (we) dont go over 255 because ist easy to see on the
sniffer what node it is, 0A-14 is 5.10 and 64-14 is 5.100

will give the suggestions a try, but still unceartin howto lift a
nonrouting to a routing, just made those choises at decnet install...
can it be configured or is it a reinstall of decnet that must take
place?

yes, I know I can live without an L1/L2 router, and have tested
without routers...
It works, just with the lack of automatic new node and reacability
logs (on most systems with IP, the ups and downs can be viewed vith
orion, bigbrother and HPOW so thats not what I'm asking)
