Well, in all fairness, it's not really an issue of product installation
but one of software distribution. There should be some instructions on
the download page and or, perhaps, the OpenVMS FAQ.
I suppose if is was labeled, *.ZIP_AXPEXE, it might have lit the lamp
but not everyone knows that DCX was a DEC provided compression scheme.
