Not sure if I have the newest HGFTP, but I don't see a HG_FTP_USERNAME
logical.
There is a logical HG_FTP_user_DIRS to list the directories available for
anonymous users, i.e. those with the HG_ANON_FTP identifier.

For the general user read the HGFTP managers guide chapter 2.8 HG_FTP_DIRS.

And for anonymous access to user directories (via "cd ~user"), each user can
decide what to put into his anonymous directory (if something at all), see
2.21 HG_FTP_TILDE_ANONDIR .
