The SET VOLUME/SIZE will only work if the volume has been initialized
with /LIMIT, or the volume has been SET VOLUME/LIMIT. Unfortunately,
the latter command can only be executed when the volume is mounted
private, which means that no application can access the volume during
this operation. Note that SET VOLUME/SIZE does not have this
limitation!
