The final word:

Arne is correct.  Visual Fortran went to Intel.

Fortran on Tru64 supported OpenMP (at least a large part of it, I'm not sure 
if all the fine points - you'd have to read the documentation).  Fortran on 
OpenVMS (VAX, Alpha, I64) does not.  Of course on OpenVMS, you can manually 
parallelize your own application using DECthreads, etc.
