[Info-vax] GnuPG 1.4.10 for VMS

   GnuPG 1.4.10 for VMS exists now.  (Apparently, 1.4.10 has
been out for a while, but I missed the announcement.)

   Other than a general update to 1.4.10, the biggest change
is incorporation of the faster (when possible) code for file
size determination, which was discussed in comp.os.vms back in
February 2009.  The source kits are now assembled on ODS5, so
they can be used on a UNIX(-like) system with less effort.
Testing is still minimal, but complaints are always welcome.
