I've logged a call with ITRC as well.
Just prior to the execution phase of the new UPDATE V7.0 ECO, this
message is seen:

Q: We haven't configured iCAP for use on this Integrity system and
don't plan to use it.  I'm wondering if this Update V7.0 patch is
complete? Also, did not see any release of WBEMCIM V2.91 product.
