[Info-vax] VMS on a PC

I thought I'd comment about Charon VAX.  I was in support and it was
running just
256K of memory.   I suggested memory since it's so inexpensive on a
PC.

It turns out the PC had plenty of memory, the license you pay for
determines
how much memory it has and other things.  Sort of reminds me of the
old
IBM Systems, you upgraded, paid big bucks, and someone would come over
and turn a screw or the like.
