Personal Alpha 2.0.16 up and running.
I booted from the OpenVMS Hobbyist CD ref DFW004 (c) 1999 DFWCUG (VMS
7.2)

Now I have to deal with licensing, if my memory is good :-)

Where is the How To please ?
