More information, please. Do you actually mean "narrow" as opposed to
"thin"? (Yes, I realize english is not your native language. :-)
If so, should not be a problem.

Adaptec card in PC. Cable between PC and BA35x. Unless there is something
about the -MD that I don't know. I have BA35x boxes here and have connected
them to just about everything that runs SCSI, including PDP-11's.
