I'm afraid this isn't possible. If Google doesn't lie BA35X-MD is the fan 
assembly for storage enclosure :-)

But it's definitely possible to connect a BA350 or BA356 enclosure to a 
PC. I assume you mean narrow SCSI (8-bit, 50 pin connectors) so just take 
a narrow SCSI controller for your PC (Bill already mentioned Adaptec, the 
most common provider of such controllers).

Over time, I've used probably all variants of BA350, BA353, and BA356 
(with various personality modules) to connect disks and tapes to PCs. If 
you use wide SCSI (16 bit, 68 pin connectors) you need to take care that 
the controller matches the conenction type of the BA356 personality 
module (single ended or (high voltage) differential). Modern controllers 
offer both SE and LVD (low voltage differential) and detect the right 
mode automatically; but don't connect these to high voltage differential 
enclosures.
