Since you have another thread going with details of the new disks that
you've configured, I'm guessing that you have rebooted and the devices
are, for some reason, still appearing.
sounds like the card is still trying to present the disk array up to
the OS but the physical disks behind the disk array are not there?
If this is the case, you'll need to shutdown and then go into the
config of the card again to remove the unit that doesn't exist any
more.
