Actually it depends on which stack and which version... TCPIP Services
5.x has an NFS client and server. And at one time Advanced Server had a
client as well as server (used it many years ago) - but also don't
remember what it was called. (smbclient??) I know that SAMBA has this
(used it before as well...)
Directory SYS$COMMON:[SYSMGR]
TCPIP$NFS_CLIENT_SHUTDOWN.COM;1
TCPIP$NFS_CLIENT_STARTUP.COM;1 TCPIP$NFS_SHUTDOWN.COM;1
TCPIP$NFS_STARTUP.COM;1 TCPIP$PCNFS_SHUTDOWN.COM;1
TCPIP$PCNFS_STARTUP.COM;1
Follow the directions in the docs for how to use NFS.
