[Info-vax] HDD in RX2620 and noise

Hi All,

I have just purchased a diskless rx2620 off Ebay to use as a hobbyist
system.

I am told that the system has two caddies without drives.  What types
of drives do I need to purchase?

I have also read on comp.os.vms that the rx2620 is rather noisy.  I do
not need the dual power supply.

Has anyone got any cheap mods that they have performed to try to
reduce the noise?
