do you capture the console output with some type of console manager
application ? There might have been important messages on the console
terminal. Alternatively, you can look into OPERATOR.LOG, especially
for cluster (CXNMAN) related messages.

A highly utilized LAN may tend to drop cluster hello multicast
messages, causing floods of connection lost/re-established connection
messages.
