Hi Robert,

Before starting to run command procedures, remember that you'll need
clustering licenses for the VMS systems that are joining the cluster.
If this is a hobbyist environment, you should be able to get
VAXCLUSTER licenses from the Montagar website with your DECUS/
Encompass/HPUG membership number.  If it's a commercial environment,
you will either have to ask HP for loan licenses or purchase them.
For that age and type of hardware, the price of commercial clustering
licenses is likely to be quite high.
