There is a utility called "MkImage" [1] by SoftResInt, err, Stromasys,
that copies an ODS-2 (can't comment an ODS-5 devices) CD to an image
file which worked quite well with SimH and PersonalAlpha on a Windows XP
system -- perhaps that image file is transferrable to VMS and accepted
by LDDriver too.
