The image created is interchangeable with CHARON-VAX/CHARON-AXP (of which PersonalAlpha 
is a subset), SimH, LD driver, and even the Alpha-only VD driver.  The image can be 
burned to a CD or DVD.

MKIMAGE was written in MACRO long ago, before there were ODS-5 volumes.  You will 
probably get something, but expect any ODS-5 files to have their ODS-2 compatibility 
(mangled) names.

BTW -- I don't understand why Nero doesn't work for people.  It understands the ".iso" 
file extension, and burns them correctly.  I use it all the time to create bootable VMS 
disks.
