I was of the impression, based on the link from the SimH site,
that there was a hobbyist license.  The above-linked OTN page (which
appears to be the same one the link from the SimH page now reaches)
offers a license for limited term trial use of the software.  I have
trouble seeing how the OTN license is compatible with hobbyist use
of the product.  And it specifically prohibits providing access to
third parties, which was the original question.

So is there any more a hobbyist license distinct from the OTN one?
