The numbers of users that would want to steal RDB and do not

Does VMS PHP have mysql extension ?

Not exactly geared towards the same requirements.
But if MySQL on VMS works as well as on other platforms, then it
is a good solution for many purposes.
(I have never use MYSQL on VMS, so I don't know)
