I'll try to explain it better.
In first place I did not define or neither has the possibility to
change current configuration.
I've got two independent boxes, they decided that the second will act
as a warm standby, I mean we have the production box which has Logical
Shadow Set thas has two members lda1 and lda2 which correspond to the
file vd1.dsk and vd2.dsk (about 6 GB each). We copied the data to keep
data synchronized between boxes.
I can copy this files to the other box, but I'm not sure if this
copied files are valid since they must be opened by te OS.

I tried it but when I could not find the way to tell VMS which shadow
set member must it consider as master, so the existing one always
overwrite the copied.
I did not was able to find the wat to dismount the whole shadow.
"only source member of shadow set cannot be dismounted" is all I got.
