Jur,  isn't the point Brian is making that ECO 4 seems to
have introduced "something untoward" ?  I've always found
that one has to be careful that the source listings match
what is actually there, given that the listings are often
superseded by ECO kits.

Despite that, I too would find it very strange if anything
had been changed in this area.  I eagerly await Brian's
next installment ;-)

In the olden days, we used to get the updated source listings
on micro-fiche, which, IIRC, included the ECO kits.
