Well, some of their WEENDOZE apps have sleazed the Apple Mac environment.

I have "iWorks" (an Apple suite) which does word processing, spreadsheet 
and presentations better, nicer and FAR cheaper than just the M$ W(ei)RD
offering on the Mac.  iWorks can output formats for WEENDOZE sans all of
the really nice features which are Mac-centric.  So, the old excuse that
one needs WEENDOZE because the rest of the world is using M$ W(ei)RD and
M$'s other "office" products is moot.  I have Open Office on Ubuntu and
I'm told it mimics M$'s Office quite well too.  Open Office is available
on Mac too.
