Hi Didier,

I am not an expert in this field, but I have the same experience.
Personal Alpha is not able to contact its host directly. I do not know
why.

I am running Personal Alpha on Windows XP on VMware Fusion on Mac OS
X. In this setup, Personal Alpha cannot communicate with Windows XP,
but it can communicate with Mac OS X. Also, Windows XP can communicate
with Mac OS X.

Interestingly, when I run a second Windows XP virtual machine with
Personal Alpha, I can cluster the two OpenVMS instances together. A
cluster in a box!

Regards,

Bart
