it's Windows, isn't it ?! So what worked once may not work again ;-(

I can only confirmed, that I was able to communicate from
PersonalAlpha to the host PC when using the Windows LAN interface in
shared mode from PersonalAlpha in more than one installation.

I can still do it on our PC in the office (running PersonalAlpha
V1.2.2 and the related Alpha Emulator NDIS5 driver).
