If HP didn't hire a bunch of drones to complement the small remaining
group of experienced people, then it means that VMS engineering suffered
a greater than expected manpower loss when they fired all the
experienced people that worked under Fink/McQuaid.

(The indian team is under a totally different corp structure that
apparently meets the old one only at the Livermore level.)

I have not bothered subscribing to Sujatha's mailing list. Has she been
sending out stuff at regular intervals ? Any news on what 8.4 will come
out ?
