I don't give a shit what goes in the stupid WEENDOZE/PeeCee realm.  A CTRL-E
is and has always been 0x05 AFAIAC whether the shift key is depressed or not.
If I have to shift (and I tried it) it still MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.
