There was some talk about the reported problems to get in
contact with VMS knowledged people within HP. If one have
such problems they recomend a mail to OpenVMS.programs at
hp dot com and they will try to resolve the issue. If it was
me that had problems with the above web pages, I'd try that
and see what happens. It only costs a mail...
