If it has a KZQSA, then it is a rare beast.  Even now the KZQSA may be 
worth more than the rest of the hardware combined.  And I think you need 
to be at a VAX 3500 to have a console that knows how to boot a KZQSA drive.

Even better if it has a third party Q-BUS SCSI controller.

I would look at setting up a VAX emulator and network booting if it does 
not have a bootable SCSI adapter.
