[Info-vax] OpenVMS 8.3.1H1

Greetings all,

Does anybody know of things that work in OpenVMS 8.3 but not in
OpenVMS 8.1.1H1 ?

Specifically, two of our clients report problems with Oracle 10GR2 on
OpenVMS 8.3.1H1 (something to do with our Oracle driver code not being
able to load Oracle's LIBCLNTSH.SO). We have not got a 8.3.1H1 machine
in our lab, only 8.3, and there it works without problem.

Any ideas/hints would be greatly appreciated !
