I've been running V5.7-13ECO1 on V8.3 for some days/weeks now on my
testsystems and I haven't seen this so far (no till low mail volume, though).
Time for having a deeper look (but V8.4 is months/years away @office)
@home I still prefer MX (which also makes SMTP multi-platform - as I use
TCPware and only sometimes TCPIP - just as DCPS makes for printer queues)
and I upgrade to V8.4 in a couple of days/weeks...
