The ONLY "oddity" I see in the above original message is "=A0". 
Presumably some bit of malware doesn't believe in using two 
consecututive space characters following a period, question mark, or 
exclamation point!  I normally type two spaces as just mentioned.  If 
your mail reader can't handle it, too bad!

I think that fixing the mail reader might be more to the point.  It 
should be easier than to try to change the way people type!
