[Info-vax] PHP Update for VMS in the works?

Does anyone know if HP has any plans to release an update for PHP for
VMS? The VMS kit is at version 5.2.6 and the latest release of PHP is
5.3.3.

I'm also curious if there's any plans to include the SPL extensions in
an update. I ran into a problem recently where a PHP package I wanted to
use (reading/writing Excel 2007 files) required SPL. In particular it
appears to use the autoload functions and some array object stuff. I
worked around the autoload by adding explicit require commands for all
the needed modules (tedious but not a show stopper) but then I ran into
the arrayobject not being there and I'm not enough of a PHP programmer
to figure out how to work around that one.

I have downloaded the source kit and I'm going to look at building the
SPL extension, but I have a suspicion that if it was that
straightforward HP would have done it already.
