[Info-vax] JUMP -- survey of usage and enhancements

Thanks to those of you who responded to my request for information,
although the overall response has been virtually zero. I will assume
that either noone who saw the original message wanted to reply, or
JUMP is not being used much. Either way, it means I do not need to
invest time in it at this stage. As always though, do feel free to
send to the email address in the release if you have any comments/
concerns/requests.
