[Info-vax] Attempt to shadow IDE disk hangs DS10L

Tom,

as Mike suggested, look for the valid bit of the system disk shadowset
in the forced crash (SDA> SHOW DEV DSAx). Also try SDA> CLUE ERRLOG to
see if any errors have been logged.

If you have a system with a non-IDE system disk and an IDE disk, try
to create a single-member shadowset from the IDE disk, this might show
better error messages from shadowing.
