Enough.

1) Both deny any "sexual" activity.
2) He admitted to the expense account "irregularities," apologized, and fell on his sword.
3) His wife AFAIK has been silent and not left him.
4) Aside from being a legend in his own mind (A common CEO problem and one which Carly has not yet exorcized), he broke the code, got caught - albeit because the babe and the Allred lawyer extorted him - and left.  
5) Let's concentrate on a VMS-resurector to replace him; that's fantasy enough.
